PSI Health welcomes referrals from physicians and other sources for the care and treatment of individuals who are struggling with alcohol, drugs, pain medication abuse, and co-occurring disorders. At PSI Health, providing prompt communication and collaborating with our clients’ referring sources is among our top priorities.
After completing our online referral form, the PSI Health will contact you to have the patient’s medical records transferred and confirm details of the patient’s situation. PSI Health’s intake team will then contact the patient to schedule an evaluation.
